How to plan weekly meals on a budget Use proportion to plan and produce meals Convert metric units when weighing ingredients calculate cooking times

Is there anything I need to know about the course?
Please bring your own clean apron to all classes and a bag to take cooked food home at the end of the course. No open toed shoes in the kitchen. Please mention any food allergies at the time of booking the course.

Is this course suitable for me?
You need to be 19 years and over and have no GCSE4/C or equivalent qualifications in Maths.
